      Large Buracratic organisation and heavily siloed. Change is often very slow, and culture varies depending upon local branch management.

      Prompt pay Interesting role w/ good client Time and half paid for +40 hours of work

      Refusal to provide pay increase with increased responsibility and promotion No face to face engagement with contractors No advocacy for the employee No paid holiday or offering of PTO
