      Low expectations, no technical interview.

      Cons

      Awful benefits, they lied about the position being hybrid, they lied about promotion after 2 years. Not a single bonus in 2 years of full time work. Some coworkers were completely unqualified, since the team responsible for hiring consultants is laughably incompetent. The monthly pizza party was deemed too expensive.

      Prompt pay Interesting role w/ good client Time and half paid for +40 hours of work

      Cons

      Refusal to provide pay increase with increased responsibility and promotion No face to face engagement with contractors No advocacy for the employee No paid holiday or offering of PTO
