      great for its employees work life balance supports diversity and inclusion leadership is very strong and caring colleagues are very collaborative career development - great opportunities within a large brand (TAG)

      Cons

      brand recognition still behind, many people don't know they were Modis, Ajilon, Akka and have the strength they do. Need to work on the brand.

      Prompt pay Interesting role w/ good client Time and half paid for +40 hours of work

      Refusal to provide pay increase with increased responsibility and promotion No face to face engagement with contractors No advocacy for the employee No paid holiday or offering of PTO
