      Pros

      Environment, great help from others, they teach you a lot. Great work-life balance, benefits as canteen and laundry. It' a nice place to be every day, with people who really help you get in company's family as fast as possible. They do big investments on making processes better and they aren't cheap in saying when a work is well done. If they see you're an asset for the company, they make you feel that.

      Cons

      Too much use of external consultants for every issue with technology. Too high ratio between clerks (especially little managers) and workers. Some people are a bit too relaxed on their job.
