      Pros

      Ideal for 20-somethings who seek experience in a corporate environment. Weekly happy hours. Colleagues are usually easy to work with.

      Cons

      Salary is low to mid-grade, depending on how long you have been at the company. Some of the decisions management makes regarding team structure aren't always logical, or seem to be well thought out, leaving team members to wonder why the changes are even taking place. High turnover. Workload is high, so there is not usually enough time to absorb market knowledge which is, of course, highly encouraged but unrealistic. Favoritism has been observed. Superiors have been known to make inappropriate and unprofessional comments.

      -Successful company -Downtown location (but not for long, apparently) -International vibe

      Cons

      -Training program is an absolute joke - it needs to be more structured and there needs to be a more developed support system -Low, low pay, high workload/stressful office environment
