-great place to begin your career -good quality training is given -one of the best insurance policies (health) -flexible work timing -work from home option easily available - good leave options

Cons

-your growth and awards(in most of the cases) depends on your manager and how you behave with him -work-life balance totally depends on your manager - managers will easily move you to some project which has old technology stack and even if you are not interested in the project - wouldn't recommend it to someone who is joining digital competency
