Good, smart people Many people that you meet at training and in your offices end up being very successful down the road (not necessarily in big 4). Good connections.

Cons

The work is not fulfilling. Not worth it to stick out the early years to make manager and have more responsibility. Bad work life balance

Pros

Great place to start a career as you will gain a lot of exposure and high quality/ efficient work will become your norm. Significant pros include flexibility, trainings, variety of experiences, and working primarily with other 20-somethings.

Cons

As with any Big 4, you start out making pennies and the hours are demanding. Expect to log in on weekends/ vacations.

EY has truly low-key people who are all very personable, approachable and dedicated to coaching. The top leadership is very inspiring and offers great flexibility and support to employees. Plenty of training, generous reimbursement, big clients and cool projects

Cons

Office politics matter, especially when you get higher through the rank It is not that easy to move between different service lines. You have to network really hard
