      Pros

      internationally recognized brand, cool international events and big network of knowledge. If you work decently and if you keep your mouth closed you can build a career in the company.

      Cons

      The company is unable to adapt at the new Italian working environment. You will be in a company pushing for digital transformation to clients while having a crappy phone and a PC that can barely considered good for reading e-mails on which you will be asked to use software that will completely destroy it while performing poorly. Internal personnel (IT department, HR) is incompetent and extremely unhelpful. It seems that the company is forgetting that their core business is "selling peoples" and their competencies to help clients. If you treat those people like crap they will leave or work poorly. Compensation is extremely low given the demands in terms of working hours and travel. Promotions are not given linked to performance.
