Pros

Brand, challenge, learning opps., very smart people at all levels, quality clients/assignments, they'll feed you as much as you can chew early on and reward producers. Intense knowledge growth and broad industry learning to those with any appetite for project work.

Cons

Some partners that have unreasonable expectations of staff and don't walk the talk about valuing people. Firm seems to reward ony those that deliver technically or economically. Stakes are high so could be expected I guess. You better like financial modelling my friends!!

Pros

The Firm provides all the support that one could ever want, including tools and methodologies, collaborative teamwork, and career development training to help you succeed in front of your client. If you take advantage of that, you are politically savy, and can sell, it is a great place to be.

Cons

The marketing phrase "Quality In Everything We Do" does not refer in any way to delivering quality services to your client. Management gave lip service to "doing great work," but cared primarily and dramatically more about completeing the internal Quality Review process, or comliance with internal process and policies, to protect against against disputes / lawsuits and avoid the sort of debacle that destroyed Anderson.
