Pros

International recognition. Much to learn from on-the-job training. Company with a clear cut mature structure. Reasonably satisfied with IT infrastructure in place.

Cons

No one gives a damn about whether u live or die. Too cold blooded. Unless u r a robot whom has no human touch and feelings, this place is for you to stay on.

Pros

It is a great experience gaining knowledge about relevant industries in the financial services industry as a whole. Good resume builder for sure.

Cons

The salary compared to other organizations is weak. However, being that you get such a good education while working here, it's almost like you get what you pay for.
