Pros

Everything depends on the team and the people you meet. If you get in a good line (by chance or by effort), then you will get good work, meet awesome people, and your work life will be easy. Benefits is OK, except 401K policy changed so they don't pay out until end of the year.

Cons

Salary had no increase in 2009, not even people who made manager or senior managers - their salaries stayed the same. A lot of upper management people don't seem to really care about the employees - they are interested in utilization utilization and let me say it again, utilization. Treating employees like 5 year olds, constantly pressuring for chargeable hours... doesn't make people want to stay!

Pros

Great job promotions and job opportunities. Exposure to many different industries and problems. Overall, this company provides a wonderful learning experience in a short amount of time.

Cons

Depending on the clients you have, you can work up to 80 - 100 hours per week during busy season. Again, depending on the clients you have, non-busy season hours can also average around 60 hours per week. There is absolutely no work life balance.
