Pros

Nice people, nice environmen, a good opportunity to learn how to lead a project especially if you have the chance to move across different ones. Be proactive in asking for advices and stories and you will be enriched. Keep in mind: this is not McKinsey, this is not the place for strategic consulting. EY works thanks to regulations.

Cons

If the management of the project is poor, you'll do long hours and you'll work more on outputting docunments due to clients' requests rather than in adding value to clients. You could be stack on a client/project for YEARS. In this case LEAVE.
