Pros

Big company, money, nothing else.

Cons

I was hired to work in IT security assessment and in a technological environment. The project never started and I was stuck helping auditors with data analysis and Excel sheets. We had a lot of idle time but no one cared and when I complained they told me that I was the only one complaining. The offices were ugly, colleagues were always talking behind others´ backs. Also, not a place for women.

Pros

Good environment among the junior consulants. Training competitive, even though with low international exposure.

Cons

The work / life balance is not satisfying, especially considering that the salary is not competitive (at least junior level). Overtime not paid.
