      Pros

      Delivery plans are very often disregarded. No need to rush.

      Cons

      No real merit policy. Increases and levels are for friends only. You can stay in the same position on the same project for years, without anyone noticing your results. Low wages compared to italian average, very low salaries compared to abroad.

      You share your time with brilliant minds, graduated with honors or with the maximum score; have the possibility to travel abroad and enjoy R&D with direct impact on business

      Cons

      The number of work hours may become heavy: during my time I usually work also on saturday and sunday (the project was heavily in late) and other colleagues did it so you could not avoid it
