      Discover keeps all key stakeholders in mind when making management decisions, including the employee.

      Cons

      We are still a young company. While we've identified our identity, values and vision, we are still working to create an overall sense of unity between business units. However, senior management is working very hard to correct this, including putting a focus on talent management and cross-functional networking.
