      extremely stressful. The bench marks for any job there, if you want to keep it, is almost unobtainable..

      Pros

      It has a full service cafe and gym, plus a walking trail around the perimeter of the grounds. The security of the facility is great.

      Cons

      The employees are micro managed. They not treated as adults. The promotions are given to the most popular people and not the most qualified or efficient.

      Pros

      Excellent benifits, good atmosphere, on site facilities for exercise and sundries store as well as full service cafe. Wonderful training and development opportunities.

      Cons

      Favorites played for positions, a lot of politicing takes place. Old gaurd in place in higher levels that makes new ideas hard to put in place. Too many folks in higher levels that are out of touch with day to day processes.
