Pros

Great friends, great benefits. Fast growing company with a lot of chance to grow. competitive salary with tuition reimbursement is a great perk!

Cons

long hours some mean people but overall not too bad. less outbound calls and more incentive would have been nice.

Pros

Discover paid well for what it was, and the benefits package was surprisingly comprehensive.

Cons

The company struggled to allow any employee creativity or individuality, no personal choice or chance to manage your own desk.

Pros

Energetic culture, bright people, and the workforce is turning over in an upward trajectory of higher caliber people.

Cons

Technology is the tail that wags the dog, and they move slowly. Sometimes the Midwest culture doesn't seem to understand that the marketplace is shaped by what happens on the coasts.
