Fun but stagnant career growth.

Pros

Depends on which part of the company you work in. However I really can't think of any pros besides the employees.

Cons

Hiring criteria is irrational for what someone would end up doing. No opportunity for advancement, they would rather hire outside applicants at lower pay OR post a position even though they already know who will get the job. People have been doing the same job for 20+ years so unless they retire you cant move up.

Pros

Benefits, PTO, Fitness Center, Make Friends Easily, Different Shifts Available, Overtime Pay, Instant Messenger to talk with other friends that might be across the building.

Cons

If you're hired externally you'll make more than someone in the same position who has been with the company for years. Team Leaders would have "favorites" even though they denied it Cafeteria Sucks In a call center environment it's all about who you know and how much your willing to suck up to them to get a promotion Work gets very repetitive
