Pros

Great time off / vacation time for new employees and then 3 more extra days at 5 year anniv.

Cons

Senior Management is not as connected with the people reporting under them. Moving within the company is not as fluid or smooth as believed to be. Moving up in the company is not very easy, there is a lot of internal corp politics.

Pros

Great place to work! The atmosphere is like no other. They care about each employee's success and have a great training program to help you reach obtainable goals. Great benefits, on sight gym and nurse practitioner and cafe. Growth possibilities are endless. Can't say enough good things about this company! Love it!

Cons

Should have applied sooner. Took a pay cut to come.
