Pros

Great benefits (probably one of the best company's out there to offer such) and great co-workers. I was surprised by home fast you could move up. I feel like everyone is constantly moving to different departments to grow. This place is really laid back and the PTO is excellent. We also had an on-site gym, nurse, and café.

Cons

Being graded every week on your phone performance.
