Great on site facilities, benefits, cafeteria, gym. PTO is generous!

Cons

Stressful work environment, you need every day of PTO they give. Team leads and Managers need work on motivating through positive rather than negative means.

The team leaders are all great. They are always trying to help amd coach. I feel bad cause everyday our systems have issues. I just want to come to work and work and they are always trying to fix the problem.

What was working before leave it alone it seems like everyday we have a system problem. How can i get better at my job if this keepa happening
