This is a company for those who prefer exploring and experimenting over well-known routines. The project pool is so diverse, you always find new inspiration and challenge. The community is warm and welcoming, with a "what you can do for your country" attitude. Your opinion is asked, and matters much. Self-development and learning is not only necessary but very much encouraged (both financially and in dedicated time). This relates to your professional development but also sharpening your personal / soft skills. So if you are the "forever learning" kind, it's a great opportunity. There is a transparency throughout the company -- we see each other's work, we see the numbers, the decisions, which makes you feel more aware and more responsible for what's going on. Cons
Not really cons, but things to consider before applying to Digital Natives. It might not be a good choice if: - you are not the proactive, self-managing kind, and rather have a superior over you who manages your time and tells you what to do - you like predictable work - you are used to the size and comfort of a multinational company - you are not eager to continuously learn, but rather use what you already know - you don't like transparency, e.g. if others know your salary - you do not enjoy teamwork
