Good work-life balance, take more role without without compensation

Pros

You have chance to get higher position. You can impove yourself and learn. Good life-work balance.

Cons

Low salary. If you promoted to your a higher position your salary won't follow it. Itt could also be, your cowoker (same position, same role, same education, same starting date) earns double of your salary. Esepcially if you are a woman.
