      Pros

      Nothing much really. Overall a waste, salary has not been compensated ever since.

      Cons

      Management does not really care about improvement. Stressful, sometimes just wondering what went wrong. Some leaders saying I dont care is really unprofessional. Take an advice, if you want to join, add %20 to your desired salary. Otherwise, search a similar company. Alltogether just plain waste.
