      If you're from Airtel and if you know some one in DTDL leadership who were from Airtel you will be inn, and will be served with hell lot of opportunities having visibility across the board and good increments and don't forget about the promotions.

      Cons

      You will not be give a good opportunities not even appreciation and promotions if you're not ex-airtel.

      No onboarding, really difficult to be part of a team

      No work life Balance and Poor Management

      Poor management Top management is a circle of friends from common college or company specially "Airtel". They don't trust new members from outside their circle hence even a deserving person do not get the right position or is being forced to leave the company Unrealistic targets which doesn't exists in any other company Hire and Fire policy with a fake "PIP" reasons
