Well, no big news here, but this is a German company, so you'd better be accustomed to the German business culture to strive in the organization. Really good command of German is mandatory if you're based in Germany. Also that means that you live in a very risk-averse organization. Don't expect too much innovation to come from it.

DTAG HQ leaders and top managers, being primarily native-born Germans, inaccurately assume they understand and know what is going on outside of Germany without the necessary motivation nor courage to ask open questions like "Wie geh'ts?"
