      For Pune Office - 1. Dont get lure by big brand name! They have nothing to do with T-system or Deutsche telekom, domain or culture wise. Local management is driving this subsidiary. 2. Work environment fully influenced by old folks, here your voice will not be given attention. 3. If your are a person who dislike the innovation, can follow orders of management without healthy arguments, ability to work in monotonous work environment then Yes!this is the right place for you. 4. lots of maintenance work 5. Numerous product versions will always keep you busy in merging in multiple versions. 6. Blame game work culture 7. More focus on delivering 'quantity' which is causing degrading quality but you will be held responsible for that 8. No documentation for legacy product which sucks lateral hires and creates dependencies on old folks. 9. workaholism , no fun at workplace. 10. Poor work life balance in most of the teams

      Pros

      Its an easy environment to work in. No one really bothers you. Work life balance is amazing here. Its a good launchpad for your IT career.

      Cons

      The senior management is not just. Insane level of politics is played here where you might not get an opportunity even if you feel that you deserved it.

      Big company with quite a few internal opportunities to change.

      Cons

      - Close to impossible to grow in the same department - One big transformation at least every two years - More focused on internal politics and personal gains than on the customer - Bureaucracy all over the place - External consultants opinion is more appreciated than of the own internal experts (because that cost more it means they must know better)
