Nice company culture and cutting edge technologies. Somewhat like a startup inside a giant corporation. Good benefits. Transparency is a big asset as well.

Cons

Relatively a new company still changing strategy and goals in order to attract profits, this is normal but gives a bit of uncertainty.

Bad salaries Team-leader and managers are not apt for the job Clients are important, employees are not I felt unimportant and unappreciated
