      Pros

      If you want to involved in everything, then this is the best company you’ve

      Cons

      There are no transparency in hikes. Only favourite peoples get good hike or promotion. You’ll never have work life balance. No work towards automation. They believe in quantity over quality. TPM who don’t know a single words gets involved in everything. No planning of tasks They’ve open leave policy but any leave plan more then 2 days should be informed 20 days prior to lead and director. People always stay in call, no time to work.

      Might be hectic for some of the people in terms of work.

      Good for core developers. Agile practices.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Always feel pressurized. No HR interaction. Not a good culture and employee friendliness. Lot of politics in company. No appreciation. Not a good management.
