Pros

Hands on work experience, will learn a lot, entrepreneurial environment, initiative is encouraged, treated like a mature adult unlike other banks, good training opportunities.

Cons

If your manager does not like you on personal level you will not get anywhere careerwise despite doing a lot of good and hard work around the clock. No promotions from within, always bring in someone from outside to fill in a title aspired to by employees working towards getting that title. Recently a lot of employees and managers from crappy US companies began to arrive to Deutsche turning it into another rotten place with their incompetence and tribal politics. Very sad. If you are in IT and of wrong national origin you will be treated like dirt and abused despite being smarter then the majority.

Pros

There is nothing positive to say about this company. I tried to think of one and could not

Cons

Stay far away from this place. I worked here for a year and it was horrible. Everything I will say is true. I worked for a person named Natasha Monell in the KYC department and she abused her power and belittled you. She humiliated me on the floor and yelled at me at the top of her lungs. I was so embarrassed and mortified. Deutsche Bank Human Resources did nothing. They actually protected her and forced me out. It was a nightmare and a horrible experience. This place gave me horrible anxiety and depression.

Cons

1. School type culture and managers behave like school teachers and they control your thoughts so no chances you groww your skill sets 2. Service based organisations type culture 3. There is lot of politics between employees and managers, leads 4. No formal is given for new joiners or no formal welcome is given to new joiners immediately you have to understand application and start working on it 4 managers will do mental harassment for very small mistakes 5. No work life balance and no good work culture 6.Managers will ask you to buyout notice period if your performance is not good even they fight against you so that you resign and buy out notice and leave immediately as soon as possible 7. HR is completely irresponsible and never reply or listen your concerns 8. Deutche Bank always threaten employees with red flag policy if you are late to come office/ if you dont complete 9 hrs on floor 9. HR wont tell you that you cant do stocks sells/purchase before you join 10. There is no such HR policy and hr always asks to managers what to do or what not do 11. I was being asked to take notice buyout with threatening situation by manager 12. At certain point of time ,i was about to go to HR raise HR CASE against manager
