Pros

- good pay compared to other local companies - nice office and facilities - lots of available trainings - can get to travel for "free"

Cons

- promotion is flawed. no clear cut qualifications how you'll be promoted. - have to be friends with senior bosses to be recognized otherwise you will get nowhere - no definite career path. this is definitely just a job. growth means = complicatd products = more working hours - to many expats justifying their presence. too many "projects" they wanna do which of course means more admin work. - just one of of the resources - politics - miserable non-monetary benefits that you can take home and share with your family

a lot of politics, mid managers require more trainings on leadership. compensation and promotions are not transparent. very high attrition rate.
