Great benefits, smart people. Have come out of the crisis better than many of the Wall St bretheren.

Cons

No different to those at any other investment bank.

Good work environment, friendly, and easy going corporate atmosphere. Great overall benefits, including health, maternity leave & vacation / personal time off Promotes educational advancements

Cons

Salaries seem to be lower than other large banks, and top competitors. Some employees are over worked for the amount paid.
