Cons

too task oriented, lower compensation plans compared to the competitors as what is being offered to employees is not commensurate with the industry

Pros

The best reasons to work at DB: work/life balance promoted, competent and respected managers, takes on "green" initatives, high participation in local community charities.

Cons

Stunned growth for lower tiered employees. Stagnant message not always conveyed effectively or directly. Not as on par salary wise with industry it seems.
