- Relaxed Culture - Relatively more paid vacation with respect to other banks - training program at London is good - decent work hours

Cons

- not too smart employees - work can be monotonous - covers a little amount for mba as a continuing education

- Ambitious bank - Strong company emerging from the financial crisis - Opportunity to meet with management from client companies at junior level - A lot of responsibility at junior level

Cons

- Long hours; very infrequent vacations - Lack of cohesion throughout different departments in the bank - Average training program

Very professional, inspires growth and development, motivates personal growth, inspirational leaders, tools to excel are easily located. Self starter culture no hand holding which is good as it pushes you to drive yourself further. Amazing experience would love to return one day.

Cons

If you are a temp you can only stay for maximum of 45 weeks until you have to be made perm or leave. Extensive screening - dig very deep and fill every single week gap you may have (took about 2weeks)
