Pros
excellent bank to learn all the funky, high end wall street structure finance products and latest derivatives innovations......smart people around you, performance driven, nice office at ICC
Cons
unfortunately the DB systems have not catch up with their innovative products and also huge outsourcing move to Mumbai and Manila have curtailed any improvement for finance and ops...not a long term career place. High turnover problems in these outsourcing hubs did not improve the overall production process and working hours....onshore guys left to work harder to fix these issues and get charged back even more expensive for these hub services....where is the logic??
