Processes are not very well thought out, the company is growing very fast and perhaps cannot keep up with its own pace

Amazing place to be and find new challenges. Really cool opportunities, if you want to make use of them.

Cons

Salaries are not competitive. If you work here it's not for the money. You have to push for it, fight for it and risk the chance of not getting it. Nothing is granted and there's not a defined path for career developing.
