      Global finance in a creative environment

      Pros

      - Global team - Great Finance and Operations team mindset - service minded - make it happen mentality - Creative environment at the top of its game! - Possibility to travel - Autonomy and empowerment - Great exposure to the business, decision making and strategy thanks to a flat organisation and friendly management team - Social gatherings and events!

      Cons

      - 15+ offices across several time zones --> work life balance is impacted - Pension and social benefits not competitive due to the relatively small size of the entities in their respective countries (gross salary in line with competition)

      Toxic... if you're a creative in tech, RUN!

      Pros

      Free food, beer, wine, coffee. Great location.

      Cons

      Toxic work culture where team members back-bite and gossip. Superiority complex runs rampant without proven credibility in the field of technology, web, or mobile design. Lack of empathy and respect for the talent of peers, with larger systemic control issues and unwillingness to grow. No autonomy or room for thinking outside of the box. Must follow strict scripts when creating designs, no wiggle room for creativity.

      Caring for their employees

      Pros

      In my personal experience, you get full support if you are going through hard times, also privately. Especially HR is really trustworthy and caring for you as a person. And a great team: open minded, family-like, collaborative.

      Cons

      Difficulties I know from other companies as well: not the right project at the right time, often no consistant teams.
