Pros
- If your objective is to work really hard to climb the company ladder, this is the right company for you
Cons
- Tons of unpaid overtimes: non-existant work-life balance - You rely on luck when you start working or change team. In my first team, I got fantastic equal in age colleagues, but our superiors were false and megalomaniac. In my second team, I got a fantastic superior, but quite reserved equal in age colleagues. - Back-and-forth colleagues: almost every month one of your colleagues would quit because of the poor working environment, nonetheless he/she will be substituted in one day as if nothing happened. This shows that employees are only numbers. - Outdated and/or unknown technologies are used: your next employer will underestimate your skills and/or will not be able to see your potential - Too many juniors, too few seniors - The company hires like crazy and you will be most likely end up with a colleague knowing nothing about what he/she needs to do (e.g. I used to have a colleague with a life sciences degree whose duty was to program an e-commerce website, but she never touched a line of code in her life)
