Nealy everyone from international teams in the consulting sector of Deloitte treats each other professionally, respectfully, and friendly.

Cons

Sometimes you may find some people from domestic teams that don't quite understand international working culture and are not interested in adapting to it. Thus, if you have worked in the int. team and then been transferred to the domestic team, you will need some time to adapt to the different working culture as well. In this case, so long as you are also happy working in the Thai domestic culture, you're good.
