      Pros

      Deloitte has the best and brightest people working together serving the best clients. There are opportunities to do different jobs within Deloitte and I believe management is supportive in helping you figure out the best "place" for you within the company. GREAT vacation, GREAT maternity leave, GREAT committment to the community. I am very proud to be a part of Deloitte.

      Cons

      The downsides of Deloitte are no different than other public firms. Long hours, having to charge time, pressure on budgets, deadlines and utilization.
