      1. Very poor WLB - initiatives (3-5 hrs a week) over & above 60+ hour work-weeks 2. Good culture becoming very competitive 3. Everyone talks about themselves, everywhere, all the time 4. You've got to be in a "clique" to do well 5. Travel

      Great benefits Opportunities for growth and advancement Well-known organization - name carries clout

      Cons

      Management is very focused on business development and the bottom-line. They are willing to overlook behaviors that they shouldn't - simply for profit. There is a lot of conversation around "listening" to staff and "supporting" staff, but when it comes down to it, none of that has come through, at least for me. Change is slow to happen, though the intention is there.
