- Incredible exposure - Very friendly colleagues, especially the seniors. - Great starting pay. - Cheap subsidized meals in office.

Cons

- Very toxic management (especially the senior managers) - Abysmal job allocations/bookings with tight deadlines all year round. - Little to no benefits/allowances. - Expect sleeping at 1-2am daily due to high volume of work given. - No work life balance, no work from home.
