      Pros

      Working at Deloitte has been great for my growth. The training programs, mentoring, and exposure to high-profile clients helped me build skills quickly. There's a clear path for advancement, and the Big Four brand definitely strengthens my resume. I've liked the inclusive culture, approachable leadership, and the work-from-home flexibility in my role. The volunteering programs also make me feel connected to something bigger.

      Cons

      But the workload is tough. Long hours and weekend work during busy seasons have led to burnout more than I expected. Work-life balance is definitely worse than other jobs, and even though the pay is competitive, it feels low when you calculate it per hour. I've dealt with micromanagement and seen intense competition during promotion years. My team has also struggled with understaffing, and unfortunately, there's been some backstabbing that makes things more stressful than they should be.
