      1. Additional Benefits such as well being subsidy of INR25K per year 2. Mobile allowance upto INR25K per 2 years 3. Flexible work hours, 2 days work from office required

      1. Politics 2. Toxic Managers 3. No recognition I work in Enabling areas finance and they dont pay much.
