The workload for the non-audit workstream is generally acceptable. The work environment here is nice, seniors are nice and patient. Overall, my experience in DTT is positive. The promotion track is clear and straightforward, but still some people might be delayed if not work hard.

Cons

Salary is not high enough to compensate the work we've done and the work we delivered.
