      You have the opportunity to approach different types of projects and to interface and work right away with the client

      Cons

      Depending on the team in which you happen the environment can be very stressful and little understanding of employees' needs or attitudes. Sometimes, especially in the beginning, there is little operational work and a lot of PowerPoint slides are requested to be done, so there is a feeling of learning little.
