I have been able to move to many groups and gain opportunities I might not have elsewhere. My managers have always rewarded me for the work I do. I work very hard and long hours, but at least they notice.

Cons

Not the highest paying company. Because management changes so frequently, and we move from one guardrail to the other, it can be hard on employees. It is all about who you work for. You have to choose your manager as much as your job, because so little is decided at a company level.

Pros

There are a lot of young, smart bright folks there with varied interests. If you have any kind of obscure hobby, you'll likely find someone who will want to play with you on the weekends. Also, the cafeteria is fantastic. I've been around the block a few times, and even the vending machine fare is changed out regularly and fresh.

Cons

Long hours and sometimes unreasonable work demands. They don't seem to care about family. For example, I once brought my 3-year-old in when my wife had an emergency at work, and they hassled me before I even swiped my badge. My manager even talked to me about it the next day and told me it was inappropriate.
