-Working for a big brand makes Sales more easy -Trusted company in the IT market with good reputation and broad customer base -Good benefit package & share options

Cons

-Very high pressure and stressfull environment -Work-life-balance doesn't exist as 10-12h/day is normal in a Sales role -Salary is low compared to other big brands in the same role

Pros

Good compensation, leadership opportunities, few boundaries. You rarely hear someone say, "That's not your job." Young, energetic work-force. Fast-paced environment. You will never be bored if you work here.

Cons

Too much focus on cost reduction. Understaffed, over-worked. Weak IT infrastructure hinders many customer experience efforts. Typical corporate environment does not foster creativity. Layoffs nearly every year. Typical bureaucratic hurdles and absolutely horrible on-line tools. Intranet site is the worst I've ever seen. Impossible to find any information, but easy to waste an hour trying.

Pros

Challenging work environment, Good people and fair compensation.

Cons

Extreme hero culture, depends on heavily on rock star performance than consistent tools and processes. Investments on long term successes albeit sometimes are made, very bad decisions create a knee jerk pull back. Things have not changed in that area for a long time. The sad part is that it manifests itself as impact to customers and employees.
