Pros
Exposure to areas outside of your function; size and scope of roles are much larger than one expects, but this makes for a more engaged and developed employee; great people to work with. The company has changed significantly over the past few years and seems to get it now.
Cons
The industry as a whole has been impacted by the economy, but this is cyclical; the company tends to be "round rock centric" but believe we are becoming more aware of this. Sometimes people are too nice and let things go.
