      Pros

      Great benefits, gym on location, some good on site amenities

      Cons

      Pay isn't always consistent. They change how you make money each month. Shift work. Break promises about allowing time off. When I started I was told I'd absolutely get the week off for my wedding/honeymoon, offered to go unpaid. Every time we talked about it, it got smaller and smaller until they gave me the day off.
